Our client is looking for a **Product Manager** to work for a large organization in North Sydney and Work from home.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience as a **Product Manager
- Owner & Portfolio Owner -** taking ownership of the growth strategy
- Experience leading strategic initiatives that are well targeted, planned, enabled, and deliver the value that is expected for customers and commercially.
- Experience Identifying and executing strategies to enhance profitability, increase productivity and overall business performance.
- Experience in developing the planning process and identifying areas of value and alignment to the vision & strategy.
- Experience defining the scope, business case and sponsoring the prioritization of the program.
- Experience ensuring all key requirements are captured in relevant documents and submissions
- Experience establishing the enablement model around cost reduction and efficiency enhancements.
- Experience leading the process of understanding business requirements, and solutioning to ensure the program is fit for purpose and will deliver expected value.
- Experience developing an integrated roadmap that outlines the sequence of growth initiatives, dependencies, and timelines
- Experience leading change initiatives in a technical environment
- Experience in the telecommunications industry including in a Copper to Fibre program
