AMICI Tech is a young fast-growing Australian company with a social purpose which runs background checks. The sales manager will champion our company values in front of potential and existing clients and will expand our client based in all Australia. We are looking for an experienced and goal driven sales manager. **Requirements**:
- 3 years or more of experience as sales manager, generating leads, sales, managing customers, a plus if you come from the same industry.
- Passion for technology and our social values.
- Experience in planning sales process and strategies.
- Bachelor degree in Business related field; or equivalent.
- Experience selling to Senior Level decision makers.
- Experience selling configurable technology based services or products with contracts and SLA's.
- Effective use of business case, ROI analysis and other information/methods for differentiation.
- Prospect identification/target list development (v. having leads generated and appointments set for him/her).
- Pipeline strategy and management.**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic planning abilities.
- Collaboration and motivation skills.
- Proactive and positive with a ‘never quit’ attitude.**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve monthly KPIs.
- Create sales forecast.
- Design and implement sales strategy.**Salary**:
Based on experience.

Commission based.

**Working hours, patterns and environment**:
AMICI Tech employees have the option to work in the shared office, or from home as all assets are sitting in the cloud.

The contract conditions (Part-time, Full-time or casual basis) the salaries and schedule will vary.

Direct report to the CMO.
