Recruitment Consultant

EIR Group has been operational since 2003 and is a small family run labour hire business with an office located in Newstead. We are seeking an operations recruitment consultant to become a very important part of our business.

You will be working from our office in funky Newstead, and most of the time you will be in the office on your own - so it's important you are happy with that. You won't feel lonely though, as the role involves lots of chatting - with our clients, our employees and our applicants. You will also be out and about, visiting the warehouses and factories that we operate in, visiting our employees and inducting new ones to site.

The day to day of the job are as follows:

- Building client relationships (existing clients, no cold calling)
- Help with office management

Recruiting experience would be desirable but is not required as we have found the best people for this work are naturals. The below attributes would be great in order to see you thrive in this role:

- Ability to communicate with lots of different personalities
- Ability to look at a difficult situation and see solutions
- Multitasking and a desire to be constantly busy
- Managing your own deadlines - taking responsibility and working autonomously
- Awesome computer skills
- Drivers licence

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
