Due to our rapid growth and continued success, our _**Adamstown **_Service Centre requires a customer focused professional who thrives on exceeding sales targets, can problem solve and continually go the extra mile.

**The Role**:

- **Full-time - Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm, Saturday Rostered (9:00am
- 12:00pm)**
- Assisting customers with advice, pricing and bookings for domestic and international shipments
- Packing, invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight
- Tracking and tracing consignments and resolving delivery issues
- Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- A valid and current driver’s license
- Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area
- Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong selling and conversion skills
- A unique ability for quick thinking, problem solving and organising
- Physical fitness with a positive, vibrant & high-spirited approach
- A success and results driven attitude

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

- Adamstown, NSW 2289: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
