**The Role**:

- Grow and develop their suite of solutions for medical practices through the execution of the sales and marketing strategy
- Develop the client database and sales pipeline, qualifying practitioner needs through a thorough needs assessment
- Actively hunt leads, following up and providing as much opportunity to convert leads to sales
- Become a trusted advisor to practice managers and medical practitioners, offering as little or as much help to their practice as required through the effective marketing of the company products
- Meet specified KPIs around call activity, sales targets and lead generation, product demonstrations
- Work from home and the office, this role is predominantly phone and virtual selling, on road activity is not essential to your success
- You will have a thorough understanding of the challenges that are faced by medical practices both at the GP and specialist level
- You are hungry to be successful and to sell, you love working towards sales targets
- You aren't afraid of rejection and will persist at all costs to achieve successful outcomes for your clients
- You may have worked in general practice or operations and be looking to utilise your commercial acumen in a new role, you may also be a pharmacist looking for a move into the commercial space
- Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded
- Experience in solution-based selling and identifying customer needs highly regarded
