**Qualifications & experience**:Any skill/experience level is encouraged to apply Ongoing training provided. A current driver’s licence, A roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance. Valid NDIS Worker Clearance, Valid Working With Children Check First Aid and CPR certificate. Those with a certificate or experience supporting people with a disability are highly regarded
**Tasks & responsibilities**:Deliver client centred support including Promoting client independence Client strengths-based approach to developing skills and abilities Community access / Community participation Assistance with self-care Assistance with activities of daily living and domestic activities
Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct Work in accordance with care plans and NDIS goals Work in accordance with all People Care Services policies and procedures.
Ensure privacy and confidentiality principles are always maintained Maintain professional relationships with Participants and with their families and stakeholders. Assisting in the development of independence, leading to increased choice and control.
Providing positive, respectful, dedicated support

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
