- Get involved in some key and exciting projects
- Great career growth opportunities

**What's in it for you?**

This role is based in a medium enterprise, fast growing organization in the green energy space. You'll have the opportunity to join a tight knit, highly collaborative team environment, as payroll officer in this newly created role.

Working alongside another Payroll person, this organization is on the cusp of a new system implementation, which you would have the opportunity to get involved in. As part of that transition, you would also be provided the opportunity to assist with the creation of new processes and procedures surrounding that implementation.

With a head office based inner-north, with plenty of parking onsite, you'd also have access to flexible working options, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week (after the initial onboarding weeks).

**About the Organization**:
This organization has been doing some incredible work in the green energy space. Having secured a multitude of long term contracts with key clients, they have seen significant growth over the last 18 months - 2 years, with their team growing by 600%.

This would include (but not be limited to), all elements of Superannuation, Workers Comp, Payroll Tax, reconciliations and monthly reporting functions.

You would work alongside the current Payroll person, who would be the one showing you the ropes in the initial weeks, and providing ongoing support as you continue to settle into your new role.

**About you**:

- A minimum of 12 months experience in payroll processing
- Previous experience in end to end payroll ideal, but not mandatory as they are happy to train
- A prior working knowledge of MYOB, Xero, Preceda or similar
- Previous experience working in mining, construction or a similar site based environment ideal, but not mandatory
- Strong ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
- Strong ability to problem solve, and a solutions focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well individually, and as part of a team, with a high degree of Agency
