Due to expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced **Medical Receptionist** to join their team based in their brand new office in South Bank, South Brisbane to help take their organisation to the next level.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Service Officer/Medical Receptionist is the lead in delivering outstanding customer service for patients, commercial clients, pharmacies and clinical practitioners. You’ll be their first point of contact and you will be a pillar of support for your team in mediating quality and complaint.

**Responsibilities**

As the first point of contact some of your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in onboarding, processing, and rostering of new team members
- Communicate with pharmacy partners, doctors, and other shareholders
- Maintain all up-to-date information, including rostering, in the company web software platform and Practice Management System
- Ensure patient results are communicated efficiently and liaising with patients for any follow-up activities
- Assist with reporting for commercial clients
- Take charge of daily and ad hoc administrative duties

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the health sector (such as general practice or pharmacy)
- Proficient experience in a customer service environment with practical knowledge of managing client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to be that pillar in your team
- Demonstrated initiative in solving problems and following issues through to resolution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks as required
- High level of attention to detail and reliable in delivering consistent quality of service
- Enjoy working in a small team environment
- Excellent time management skills so you can command your role from the start
