Despatch Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the delivery of glass products in full on time.
- Plan routes and schedule drivers, vehicles, deliveries, and pick-ups based on driver, company, and customer information.
- Adjust staffing levels and hours to make sure workload is running efficiently.
- Identify measures to improve delivery methods, driver performance, quality of product to increase productivity of work. You will work closely with Management to implement these changes.
- Conduct periodic checks of vehicles and equipment for safe and efficient operation.
- Maintain dispatch office, equipment, loading and storage areas
- Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are being met along with manual handling procedures and company policy and procedures.
- Communication and relationship management is key in meeting customer expectations and maintaining good customer service.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in similar role (desirable)
- Forklift license and crane handling experience (preferred but can be trained)
- Hands on working supervisory position

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
