We are working closely with our client, a leading provider in home care, to find them multiple Customer Service superstars. These roles are high volume and fast paced and require someone with great people skills and an empathetic attitude.

**Hours**:Core Shifts between the hours of 7am - 6pm

**Hourly rate**: $33ph + Super (+ penalties for any afternoon/ weekend/ Public Holidays)

**Location**:Keswick,** Adelaide

**Training**: There will be an initial 4 - 6 week training period fully based from the office. Once trained and confident in the role, it will transition into a **hybrid role** with 2 days working from the office and the rest working from home.

**Duration**: Temp / Ongoing (opportunity to become permanent dependent on performance and business needs)

**The Role**

This is very much a people focused role where you will be supporting the organisation in responding to a high volume of client / customer calls.

You will be provided with full training and support to succeed in the role.

**To be successful you MUST hold a VALID National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one**

**Duties**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service with an empathetic and supportive attitude
- Respond to a range of client / customer calls of various natures and provide timely responses and updates
- High volumes of accurate data entry across multiple systems
- Incident reporting
- Processing referrals
- Onboarding new clients / customers, obtaining all relevant information
- Scheduling / amending carer appointments
- Action any emergency calls efficiently whilst remaining calm
- Adhere to key performance indicators

**Required Skills**:
To be considered for this role you will need:

- Experience working in a high volume call centre environment. Experience within a people focused or healthcare environment will be considered highly advantageous
- **MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and remain calm
- Possess excellent work ethic and behaviours
- Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided)
- Good time management and resilience
- Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
