- Genuinely engage with guests and provide a helpful and personalized experience.
- Undertake general day to day maintenance activities and projects to a high standard in accordance with company standards, plans and guidelines.
- Enjoy variety with a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: landscaping and garden maintenance, general repairs, waste removal, painting, minor plumbing and ad hoc duties.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to achieve positive guest outcomes.
- Enjoy flexibility working the occasional weekend, with a preference for Monday to Friday
- full time availability.

- Skills & experience- Experienced in general maintenance and/or repairs with a good all-round knowledge of maintenance procedures, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in all or some of the following: use of power tools, air conditioning, door lock systems, painting, tiling, plumbing, and general furniture repairs.
- Great presentation, punctual and professional.
