- Our client is seeking an experienced Dental or Medical Receptionist to join their clinic in Burwood- & Parramatta- The role is a Full Time, you will need to travel to the Parramatta clinic 2 days per week- As the receptionist you will be a crucial member of the team, ensuring that the patients receive the highest quality of care. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Your responsibilities would involve;- Being the face of the business
- Patient care
- Appointment book management
- Patient follow up
- Updating patient records
- Payment processing including Hicaps & EFT
- About you;- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar Medical or Dental Reception role
- Strong communication and organisation skills
