**Hey You**:
genU is looking for an innovative, energetic **Marketing Specialist** to join the recently restructured Marketing team and help drive positive change at genU

The **Marketing Specialist **will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement and execute integrated marketing communication outputs to improve awareness and understanding of genU and our associated brands. The primary focus of the role is campaign coordination; developing, producing and deploying online and offline content across internal and external facing channels.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at the genU Support HUB in Geelong - _hybrid work options available, ability to work from home in Melbourne & surrounds with periodic office visits._

**About You?**:
Our ideal **Marketing Specialist**_ _will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Emerging experience in campaign coordination and implementation, including measurement and reporting and working to a timeline and a budget, ensuring briefs and brand guidelines are met;
- Experience in developing relationships and working with a variety of stakeholders;
- Experience across multi-marketing on and offline disciplines, mediums and channels and related creative development;
- Strong time management, use of initiative, attention to detail and organization skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt and be resilient to rapid changes;
- Curious and keen learner and creative thinker to develop new ideas;
- Desire to remain up-to-date in an ever-changing brand, marketing, publishing and content development landscape;
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and experience in using google suite and metaverse/social media management platforms.
- You will need the following:_
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent;
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Procedure.
