**Exciting Opportunity**: Seeking Experienced Centre Manager on the Gold Coast

Our prestigious client, a highly regarded shopping centre based in the Gold Coast, is currently seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead their team to success. This is an excellent opportunity for a natural-born leader with proven experience in shopping centre management to make their mark in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre, including tenant inquiries, financial reporting, and policy implementation.
- Conduct rent reviews, renewals, and quarterly budget analysis to ensure alignment with owner objectives.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and maintain strong communication both internally and externally.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Centre Manager, preferably managing a single shopping centre.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Facilities Management and Marketing.
- Sound financial acumen.
- Positive and assertive personality with a focus on results.
