**About the Hotel - W Melbourne**

W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets, sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane, the luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia’s cultural capital and providing the back-lane entrance keys to what’s New/Next in the city. **About the Venue**

Lollo is our Italian Restaurant responsible for serving our remixed luxury buffet breakfast, along with a la carte lunch and dinner, while Bar Lollo services Italian Spuntini (small bites). We service our in-house W guests and the local corporate and Melbourne CBD community.

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor venue for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
