**About the role**
We are in search of an enthusiastic and committed Library Assistant who is eager to champion and advance impactful library, information, and digital literacy services within our college community.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
- An understanding of library or resource centre operations
- Proficiency in utilising technology
- Reliability, flexibility, and a dedication to cultivating positive relationships with staff, students, and parents are essential
- Familiarity with the Oliver Library System would be advantageous.
**To be eligible to be considered for this role you will**:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
**Estimated start date**:Commencing January 2024

**Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required**:7 hours /day (35 hours /week Monday - Friday)
**Salary level, range or hourly rate**:School Officer Level 4 - $33.52 per hour
