**You will be responsible for**:

- Client liaison
- General administration duties and management of sales files
- Assisting with Appraisals and Listings
- Marketing and advertising of listed properties
- Database management
- Prospecting potential clients
- Handling contracts
- Working under the director and sales agent
- Conducting open for Inspections
