What does the job look like?

As the Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring the business unit’s implementation and compliance with Linfox policies and procedures, Chain of Responsibility, State and Federal Laws including Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) with all the sites staff and contractors. You will work closely with site management to ensure the site is delivering a compliant service to our customers.

In this role there is opportunity for development, travel and working with robust compliance tracking systems. Key areas:

- Work with site management to ensure that they comply to state and federal legislation and regulatory standards, e.g. Basic Fatigue Management and Standard Hour Accreditation and to ensure the site inducts and provides applicable training for all subcontractors and staff.
- Maintain and submit quarterly compliance statements, utilising the site compliance working file.
- Conduct external subcontractor and internal audits on drivers and vehicles.
- Log checker 5 data entry and non-conformance generation.
- Accurate incident investigation and reporting.

You are a career-oriented individual that can set direction and inspire achievement and commitment from others. You can demonstrate:

- Prior transport and operational compliance administration experience is desirable.
- Knowledge and understanding of NHVAS for Mass Management & Maintenance Management.
- Strong understanding and knowledge across safety and road transport compliance and legislation.
- MT Data or similar experience is desirable but not essential.
- Certificate in Administering a Fatigue Risk Management System, TLIF0006 or equivalent.
