**The role**

As a Teller, you will be key to Westpac's strategic purpose of creating better futures together, helping our customers, communities and people to prosper and grow. You’ll be driven by innovation:

- Delight and retain customers through responsive and seamless service
- Identify opportunities to help our customers meet their financial needs by referring them to the right person
- Grow our customers use of digital
- Consistently process customer transactions efficiently and accurately

**What you need to succeed**
- Proven customer service experience and passion for sales delivery
- Effective relationship management skills
- Cash handling experience in large volumes
- Business and financial acumen are considered an advantage
