**Your Role**:
Due to our continued growth we’re seeking a new **Mission Assurance Quality Specialist** to support our Sustainment and Modernisation Services Operating Unit to ensure we maintain compliance with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations. The role will provide oversight and assurance of Part 145 regulatory activities across numerous platforms.
Along with supporting the broader Operating Unit, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining effective and value-adding relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders. You will support the triage of incidents and occurrences, deliver non-conformance management, and proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure the delivery products and services meet or exceed expectations.
As the Mission Assurance Quality Specialist, you will bring a high level of passion and drive for the Aviation and Aerospace industry, along with a dedication to continued personal and professional growth. Having had experience with Quality Assurance in aviation maintenance organisations, you have the ability to make effective and informed decisions along with providing a solution focus to our client’s problems.

**Everyone Matters**:
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. You will also need to satisfy pre-employment drug & alcohol testing, police checks and employment screening verification.
This position reports to Amberley, Queensland, AUS, however, this position can also be worked from Springfield Central, Queensland, Queensland, AUS.
