**About the Role**

An exciting part time opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Quality Coordinator. Permanent Part-time role, 3 days per week.

The right person will be highly motivated to drive systems and processes in a culture of continuous improvement.

Based at our Milsons Point central office and reporting through to the Group Operations and Risk Manager, the Quality Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Coordinates our obligations, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements, under the National Quality Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program
- Coordinates continuous improvement systems and processes to assess, monitor, improve and innovate the quality and safety of the care and service provided including the experiences of consumers
- Champions a culture of quality and excellence and supports Facility Managers to maintain the highest quality of care and safety

**What you will need**:

- Minimum of one year experienced as a Quality Coordinator in the Aged Care industry or in a comparable role/industry (or similar)
- Registered Nurse with APHRA registration
- A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program
- A sound understanding of auditing techniques and methods
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, attend to multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills; high level interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in data collection, recording and analysis and problem solving
- The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Strong / Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook (essential); Leecare desirable
- Current Police Check / NDIS Screening Check
- Vaccinations in accordance with Government requirements

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $90,001.00 per year
