**About The Role**:

- Manage and develop team of 6 - 10 salespeople across ANZ
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Implement strucutres and processes to increase productivity and efficiency of sales team
- Work closely with internal team to help build systems and grow business

- 2 - 5 years of experience managing sales team in sales management role
- Experience within the telco or IT/tech space
- Collaborate across teams to achieve seamless outcomes
