Our client currently has 2FTE temporary vacancies within one of their child and family focused programs until 28th June 2024. The program offers intensive wrap-around case management support to assist children and families in transitioning into stable, safe, longer-term accommodation.
- **Full Time or Part-Time | ASAP Start Until June 2024**:

- **Blackburn VIC | Potential WFH 1 Day Per Week**:

- **SCHADS Level 5/6 Based on Experience**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide long-term case management support to a set caseload of clients.
- Utilise a strengths-based, child, and family-centered approach to enhance the safety, well-being, and stability of children and families.
- Undertake risk assessments, develop family action plans, and support families to engage with the local community.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field to Community Services/Social Work.
- Previous case management/practitioner experience in the child, youth, and family sector.
- Experience in homelessness or finding accommodation solutions would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in risk assessment skills.
- Knowledge of strengths-based, family-centered approaches.
