Bid Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bid Manager to join our growing team at Green by Nature. You will lead and manage the end-to-end bid process to secure new business opportunities and contracts. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, developing bid strategies, and ensuring the production of high-quality, competitive bids.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate the entire bid process, ensuring necessary resources are available.
- Manage the tender process from opportunity identification to submission, including liaising with SMEs.
- Create high-quality tender presentations to support the delivery of the tender process.
- Manage all relevant databases and CRMs to capture opportunity, tender, and customer data.
- Work closely with business development and sales teams to develop winning bid strategies.
- Manage post-tender documentation, audits, and communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct post-tender debriefs, identifying organisational strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years marketing experience
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant industries and markets.
- Ideally, have tender writing experience.
- Intermediate to advance in content creation and technical writing
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to communicate with people across various levels.
