We at ETA are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Franna Operator with a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience to join our, operating a Franna crane with a lifting capacity of 25T in East Rockingham.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a Franna crane to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the Franna crane to ensure its optimal functioning.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the crane.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute lifting operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, including load charts and safety documentation.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project managers to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 months of experience operating a Franna crane with a lifting capacity of 25T.
- Valid and current CN ticket or relevant certification.
- Current HR Driver's License.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to read and interpret load charts and lifting instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks associated with the role.
- Flexibility to work on different construction sites as required.
