Our client is a is a revegetation, plant hire and heavy haulage specialist for large-scale civil and mining projects in Queensland and New South Wales with more than two decades of experience in the industry. They have a role available for an experienced Diesel Fitter/Truck Mechanic to come onboard to service their fleet.

The role can be based anywhere in the Toowoomba/Darling Downs/Central QLD Region.

The role is open to pretty much any roster you want to work

The role is a mixture of workshop and field service.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Hold Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
- Knowledge of Kenworth Trucks, Side Tippers, Water Trucks & Water Tankers
- Strong experience on hydraulics & electrics
- Must be able to work autonomous
- Experience in fault finding and diagnosing electrical faults
- Ability to order parts onsite
- Attention to detail is key

**Job will come with**:

- New Cruiser Ute supplied with tools and fuel card
- $140k - $150k Salary
- Open to any roster
- Accommodation and meals or LAFHA
- Permanent role
- Opportunity to progress into a supervisor role
