We are seeking a Regional Assessment Coordinator to join our Community Wellbeing team.

The role is required to lead, support and provide guidance to the Regional Assessment Team located within Mount Alexander Shire Council. The role is to support Older Adults who live independently with in the community through the provision of appropriate support services from Council and other support agencies within the principles of ‘reablement’ as well as having a person centred approach.

To be successful in the role you will have relevant clinical and or allied health qualifications and experience in an assessment role, ideally within an aged care or clinical services environment. You will also need strong administrative and computer skills.
