Ready for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your writing, editing and creative journalistic skills while also doing good for the community?

As our Content Creator you will play a leading role in planning and scheduling content for a range of communication channels, in various formats, targeting diverse and localised audiences.

**Key opportunities and responsibilities in the role include**:

- Supporting the roll-out and establishment of Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals with clear and concise communications
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify news content, lead stories, and talent for future campaigns
- Plan, produce, and promote innovative content across all media platforms and communications channels
- Become the language custodian who defines how Wellways, and its partners, talk about the new Mental Health and Wellbeing Local services
- Track and report activity, performance, reach, and future strategies to make new services accessible to more people

**About you**
- Qualifications and relevant experience in journalism, media and/or creative writing
- Creative ideas that align with the broader strategy of the team
- Experience working with language and style guides
- Stakeholder engagement, networking, and project planning/management skills
- Experience in working independently and produce content on-the-go
- Meticulous writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience in basic photo and video editing, graphic design skills desirable
- Flexibility to travel across Victoria frequently (all travel costs covered)
- National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NIDS Workers Screening Check
- Evidence of right to work within Australia
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module - free online course
- Evidence of COVID-19 booster vaccination or valid medical exemption.
