Could you be the **Parts and Overhauls Manager **we’re looking for?

**Your future role**

You'll play a critical role in developing and executing the strategy for our parts sales and component overhauls across Australia. You will collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to evaluate our current capability, identify opportunities for improvement/growth and drive efficiencies. In this role your base location can be flexible, however there will be a requirement to travel frequently.

We’ll look to you for:

- Leading a managing a dedicated team who specialize in parts sales and overhauls.
- Managing our overhaul component business and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Commercially evaluating opportunities to insource/outsource and building robust business plans.
- Driving parts sales across ANZ to both internal and external customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and international Colleagues to drive best-practice.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the proven ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with the demonstrated ability to develop a strategy, build business plans and evaluate make vs buy.
- Significant experience in a similar role, leading a team to drive growth and improvement in a parts/overhauls operation.
- A sound understanding of or experience in manufacturing would be highly advantageous.
