**Job Overview**:
**We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Associate to join our Emergency Care Portfolio team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives that drive demand and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to create and implement marketing plans that will effectively communicate the value of our products to our target customers.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans for the Emergency Care Portfolio.**:

- ** Work with the Senior Product Manager to create marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and digital assets.**:

- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns.**:

- ** Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.**:

- ** Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.**:

- ** Support the sales team with product training, messaging, and other sales enablement initiatives.**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not essential.**:

- ** 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device industry.**:

- ** Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.**:

- ** Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.**:

- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation platforms**:

- ** Understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and content marketing.**:

- ** Knowledge of emergency care products, services, and customer segments is a plus.**:
