**What you'll be doing**

The Clinical Research Officer will be responsible for a range of duties that support the Cancer Services trial and research portfolio. Responsibilities will include development, preparation, submission and ongoing management of research documentation; study feasibility, start up, close-out and archiving activities. The position works as part of a multidisciplinary team and requires a comprehensive understanding of health service delivery and the research regulatory environment. The position will support the Clinical Trials Manager with all trial administration activities of the unit and will hold responsibility for research data management support and study coordination as directed.

Successful applicants to the role must provide certified documentation of vaccination history and pathology as part of their recruitment documentation. - Tertiary qualification at a graduate level in a health or science discipline or equivalent research/trial experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the clinical trial and research regulatory environment and processes.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
