We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.

**What you’ll achieve**

Dell provides end-to-end solutions that enable more affordable and accessible technology around the world, empowering people everywhere to do more. You will be part of a collaborative team that believes in honest communication, shares creativity, and welcomes different perspectives. You will be responsible for orchestrating Dell’s product flowing from various manufacturing facilities to diverse set of end customers in Australia and New Zealand, drive end to end delivery process from planning to execution to ensure order delivered to customer within estimate ship date. You will work with logistic partner in warehousing, freight, call center/customer service and transport operations as well as Dell internal key stakeholders such as sales/sales ops, customer service, IT development team, demand planning and production control team to drive for success and meeting customer delivery requirement.

You will:

- Review and analyse ANZ transportation network, re-design and re-assess of current supply chain set up and make necessary changes to enhance customer delivery experience by implementing ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carrier selection
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder (Sales, Demand Planning, trade compliance) and external stakeholders (warehouse operation, transport operation, IT ) from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions. Follow up actions and maintain operations integrity
- Manage Missing, Wrong and Damage KPI, review and drive last mile carrier to meet on time performance (OTP), conduct weekly call between Dell Customer Care and Sales to understand delivery issues and make necessary changes to enhance customer delivery experience.
- Drive continuous process improvement via automation and RPA to simplify supply chain process focusing on delivery to end customer and meeting Dell internal logistic KPI.
- Support sales go to market strategies by provide sophisticated network design and make specific changes in transportation network.

**Essential Requirements**
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in warehouse and distribution network with minimum of undergraduate qualification.
- A great asset for the role is an ability to communicate effectively and negotiate outcomes
- Strong analytical and innovation in problem solving
- Attention to detail with comprehensive thinking around issues
- Critical thinking and logical thinking to drive operation excellence
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks

**Desirable Requirements**
- Automation of report via RPA and IT knowledge on OTM
- Strong presentation with good business communication skills
- Positive thinking and committed
