**We have the opportunity for you**

Our client is experiencing period's of growth and are seeking an experienced and reliable Admin for an ASAP start.

Duties would include but not limited to:
Answering **high volumes of phone calls** at reception, managing orders and liasing with the warehouse team, coordinating daily truck runs, creating invoices, freight labels and stock orders, liasing with customers and freight forwarding companies.

This is a busy role and requires someone Monday - Friday from 6:30am. Training will be provided in their specific processes and procedures.

To be successful you must have the following:

- Your own car and drivers licence
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Xero
- Working rights for Australia
- 2 x work related references that we will call
- Recent experience in an Administration role, including customer service and data entry
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry is beneficial
- Be an organised person with excellent time management
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
