- Provide community access and at home support to Youth participants
- Looking to grow and develop professionally?

Alya is looking for support workers to provide community access and in home support to Youth participants presenting with Autism and associated behaviours in Jimboomba and Bundamba. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, who are excellent communicators, and are able to work 2 or more shifts per week with these youth participants and for the right person there may be other shifts available with other participants outside of youth.

Alya Care are a registered NDIS provider of disability support services specialising in mental health, psychosocial disorders, youth, and complex physical and intellectual disability presentations. We are very proud to be one of only 15% of providers that are registered to provide support to NDIS participants.

Our Mentors not only support our participants with in-home care and community access, they also work with them to develop their life goals - empowering participants to live a meaningful, beautiful, developing life.

If you have strong values around care, service and personal development, and have a great ability to build trust-based relationships with those around you we would love to hear from you. You may also have lived experience of disability, or be working as a Support Worker, perhaps you have experience of providing disability, youth or community support.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $34.30 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- supporting children/youth with disability: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Yellow Card and Blue Card (or be eligible to obtain them) (required)
- Australian drivers license (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
