**Description**:

- Performs diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the Managing Vice President according to company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative
- Interacts in a professional manner with senior executives internally
- Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties
- Creates spreadsheets and graphs and PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Coordinates detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning
- Participates in team meetings/events by capturing notes & ensuring follow up on active items
- Enters and reviews travel & expense submissions
- Plan creative team bonding activities when required
- All other duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-5 years business experience in a fast-paced customer service or coordinator environment, preferred
- Experience, ideally supporting senior executives, preferred
- The ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignment and coordinate and monitor workflow
- Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way
- Must be highly organized with good time management skills with a strong ability to handle tight deadlines
