**Job Description**:
We are seeking an effective and qualified Safety Leader to join our Group HSE team as their **HSE Manager **overseeing our Forrestfield Warehouse and Transport Operation in Perth.

You will manage and coach on Safety across the 2 warehouses onsite and the transport yard, nurturing and developing our safety obsessed culture and driving our HSE strategy and commitment. With stakeholder management focus the ability to build relationships, influence and engage with your peers and management is essential. You will play an intrinsic role in implementing HSE initiatives and training that will continually progress our safety culture and performance across these transport and warehouse operations.

Key accountability and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Conduct incident investigations to ensure determination of root cause and timely corrective action.
- Take the lead in coaching and mentoring your stakeholder groups on HSE strategies and activities.
- Develop and review all Site HSE Plans, in partnership with key business stakeholders.
- Be accountable for driving HSE governance processes including undertaking HSE system and compliance audits and preparing these self insured sites for quality, customer and safety audits.
- Identify and implement HSE training and communication programs that clearly articulate Group HSE information and safety expectation.

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge/Experience**
- 3+ years practical experience in a HSE role with a focus on Warehousing and Logistics.
- Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders.

**Technical/Professional Skills required**
- Detailed knowledge of HSE legislation, industry standards and management system standards (AS4801, OHSAS18001 & ISO14001).
- Experience in conducting incident investigations using ICAM or similar methodologies.
- Competent computing skills, advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and / or other relevant discipline
- Tertiary HSE qualifications.
