**Why Your Role Matters**:
The Pro Vice-Chancellor International is a key leadership role within the newly established Global Division at UNSW. The post-holder is responsible for building strategic transnational partnerships and collaborations with other universities, government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders to advance UNSW’s international education, business development and innovation agenda. The Pro Vice-Chancellor International works closely with the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Global and the Global Leadership Team to develop and implement UNSW’s exciting Global Strategy across a wide range of areas to align with the university’s strategic priorities.

**Who You Are**:

- Significant experience and demonstrated success in international leadership and management in a university context.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the international education landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong strategic planning and implementation skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver on ambitious goals and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong personal academic track record in both student education and research.
- Evidence of integrating international activities across student education, research and innovation and external engagement.
- strength in developing international networks and leading successful international collaborations.
