Join this national Strata Management company that are in need of an experienced strata manager to work in their strata management department.

**The role**
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced strata professional, who has a solid track record in growing and overseeing property portfolios. There is a large amount of autonomy involved with the potential for profit share options.

Your duties will include:

- Manage a small portfolio
- Attend AGM's & EGM's and prepare meeting minutes
- Some night and evening meetings are required for AGM's
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Maintain and update by-law & technical knowledge to properly advise clients
- Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required

To be successful in this role, we are seeking an individual with the following:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous 2-3 years Strata experience
- Outstanding customer service
- High level of attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Professional presentation
- A current valid drivers licence
