MTP Health provides administrative support for Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists. We are a dynamic and high performing team that works hard but has fun at the same time.

As the first point of contact for many patients, you will set the tone for their experience so excellent rapport-building skills and an "above and beyond" approach are essential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing diaries for multiple practitioners
- Front desk walk in & phone enquiries
- Scheduling and effective management of patient bookings
- HICAPS / EFTPOS transactions at the clinic
- Administration and database management
- Liaise with our suppliers and medical representatives
- Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Completion of end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash)
- Incoming and outgoing medical correspondence duties
- Assist executive team with ad hoc administration duties as requires

**CAPABILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**DESIRABLE**
- Experience in Orthopaedic or medical administration
- Experience in Allied Health administration
- Experience using Gentu and/or Nookal practice management systems

- Demonstrated experience in customer support
- Demonstrated experience in health care admin support
- Excellent interpersonal skills and optimistic disposition
