General Cleaning Leading Hand

Ballarat Cleaning Specialists are looking to hire a full-time General Cleaning Lead Hand to grow and develop our general cleaning team. This will involve:

- Building the team and being involved in future hiring decisions
- Liaising with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and positive relationships
- Maintenance cleaning of offices and homes
- Training & development of other cleaners

We are looking for a bubbly person with an eye for detail and a zest for life. Someone who can effectively manage a team and build good client relationships.

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delacombe, VIC 3356: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
