**YOUR ROLE**:

- Provide reports where appropriate to monitor potential issues with products and inform key stakeholders if measures need to be taken.
- Ensure strong brand awareness of Beauty Care Retail products and ensure high quality advice and technical competence when handling consumer calls.
- Provide support to other internal staff when required including: marketing, sales and supply chain in connection but not limited to communication of customer feedback and testing of products when required.
- Ensure strong communication between teams and accurate knowledge of product in relation to launches and customer feedback.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Qualified hairdresser with minimum five (5) years in the industry together with good colour experience.
- Superior customer service and telephone skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with problem solving abilities.
- Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Team player.
