Apprentice Shopfitter

**Do you have a strong passion for the building industry? Are you keen to gain hands on, real life skills in a creative trade? Kick start your career in Shopfitting now**

**Duties may include but not limited to**:

- Constructing and installing furnishings such as doors, staircases, shopfronts and window frames
- Interior joinery and panel construction
- Setting out and assembling cabinets, wall units and counters
- Aluminum fabrication
- Glass handling and limited glass cutting and glazing
- Installing decorative mouldings, fittings and finishes
- Using hand and power tools
- Carrying out measurements and calculations

**Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria**:

- Be mature-minded with an ability to communicate well with adults
- Have a strong passion for the building/shopfitting industry
- Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Be motivated with a positive attitude
- Manual drivers licence and own transport
- Hold a Construction White Card
