**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and credit card reconciliations.
- Collecting, scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
- Updating subcontractor databases and reviewing accounting reports.
- Booking accommodation and travel for team members.
- Coordinating new starter setup and greeting office visitors.
- Reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting clients.
- Assisting with the printing of promotional materials.
- Organising meetings and events, including arranging catering.
- Maintaining office supplies, cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Xero is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Polite and professional phone manner.
- A valid driver's license.
**Desirable **Skills**:
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments, particularly with Aboriginal or other Indigenous communities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and experience preparing reports using Microsoft Office programs.
