About the role
A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an Allied Health Assistant to join our large multidisciplinary team in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The role is centred around supporting our clients to reach their full potential and to continue living independently in their homes.
Our Allied Health Assistants work closely with our team of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in our customers' clinical rehabilitation and assist in running group exercise classes at our day therapy centres. We offer services to various funding bodies, such as home care packages, short-term restorative care, CHSP, and privately funded clients.
About you
**To be successful in this role, you will need the following**:
Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance
Valid Drivers licence & own vehicle that is registered and insured
Minimum two doses of COVID vaccinations
Commitment and passion for working with the elderly population
Willingness to develop ongoing skills within the organisation
