Ecoloop Officer

**Description**:
The Role

Based in Lithgow and reporting to the Ecoloop Manager, this role is focused on:

- Ensuring efficient processing of panel
- Record and track project data
- Maintain environmental certifications (as relevant) and processes
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Key Responsibilities
- Manage panel processing from receiving material, recording project and shipment information as per Ecoloop processes, running the machinery and recording the outputs. Adjusting the machinery as required for maximum separation accuracy.
- Maintenance of machinery to keep in good running condition. Weekly greasing, blade sharpening, filter cleaning, refuelling generator, etc.
- Complete fortnightly stocktake of processed and unprocessed material on site.
- Provide weekly stocktaking of spare parts and accessories within Ecoloop.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential
- Attention to detail for accurate reporting and separation
- Ability to work in busy work environment whilst safely managing priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to improve safe work policies and procedures
- Strong problem solviing and decision making
- Forklift ticket

Desirable
- Machinery operation and maintenance experience
- Great knowledge of excel and Smartsheet system
- Results driven
