While some construction experience is necessary, we prioritise attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll collaborate closely with experienced technicians to deliver innovative ground engineering solutions across Victoria and Tasmania.

What you'll need to succeed

Basic knowledge and skills using hand and power tools.
Ability to follow instructions.
Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Excellent physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license (HR licence desirable but not essential).
White card.
Willingness to travel interstate approximately 2 weeks per month.
