**Your role**

In this role you will primarily be responsible for development, management, execution and evaluation of test plans, test scenarios, test cases and scripts based on requirements to ensure reliability and quality of technology solutions.

**What you'll do**

As a Test Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Contribute to business requirements and solution design reviews to ensure the accuracy of features.
- Manage and coordinate all testing deliverables, including:

- creating and executing test scenarios, test cases and document outcomes, identify defects and manage to resolution.
- planning and communicating test activities, progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders to ensure status, risks, issues and concerns are managed through the appropriate management systems and are auditable.
- facilitating test workshops and ensure test deliverables are reviewed and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
- maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to document and manage test scenarios against requirements, test cases, test results and defects to ensure requirements are met.
- performing regression testing as necessary to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by the design changes.
- Participate in the project schedule planning for test activities, tasks, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are archived within time and budget.
- Liaise and collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and other team members to research, understand and integrate the testing plans into the overall project schedule to ensure project quality objectives are achieved.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of testing status and progress against baseline schedule as well as test plans to Project Leader/Manager with action plans to address any issues/concerns.

**What we’re looking for**
- 3 Years plus testing in ICT environments
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to track and produce reports on technical and non-technical assessments.
- Strong experience within ALM, Atlassian JIRA or similar.
- Knowledge of Requirement and Defect tools.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining Test Documentation.

**_Essential Requirements_**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in testing within an ICT environment, together with proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience in:

- ALM, BM MQ and Atlassian JIRA or similar
- Testing in ICT environments
- Developing and maintaining Test Documentation

**_Supplementary Requirements_**
- Demonstrated testing experience in Waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid methodology environments.
- Experience in platform integration testing within an ICT environment.
- Strong experience in testing APIs.
- IBM MQ experience is highly desirable.
