Our client is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join their service in the Hawkesbury and Greater Western Sydney locations.

As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing accessible, mental health services and support in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working within a trauma-informed framework
- Provide advanced social work assessments and interventions to patients and families.
- Conduct intake assessments and provide mid-term (3 to 6 months) therapeutic services to the clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Offer counseling, emotional support, and practical assistance to individuals and families facing medical challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Nurse, OT or Psychology
- Registration with the relevant accreditation body in your field.
- Current registration with the appropriate professional body.
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to build a rapport with a range of clients
- Experienced with strength-based, recovery-oriented models of service.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster over 6-7 days
