Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to build our Psychology business, comprising of Northside Psychology and NorthStar Academy. This role is Canberra based, although a remote role is considered for the right person.
**About You**:
You are a highly organised and experienced professional with corporate experience. Highly motivated and outcome driven, you are flexible, can prioritise competing demands, think ahead and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment. You have meticulous attention to detail.
You are driven by innovation and have your pulse on what’s working in social media and marketing. Data analysis underpins your problem solving, strategic thinking and recommendations. You are able to work independently and autonomously. Warm, approachable, diplomatic and assertive, you are a true team player. You have integrity and want to make a difference in the world.
You have well developed skills in content creation, database management, social media engagement, SEO optimisation, digital marketing, developing copy and proofreading. You are well versed in preparing newsletters and other promotional content for internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you will also have experience coordinating small events and hosting webinars.
You will have Microsoft Office literacy, knowledge of HTML, Canva, graphic design and print production. You have experience researching with data analytics, and working within budgets. You have experience in a similar role, preferably within a health/allied health setting.
Your expertise will have a direct influence on driving the company though its next rapid growth phase.

Having opened in 2007, Northside Psychology is a large, well-established private psychology practice with clinics in Belconnen and Gungahlin, and remote clinicians across several states. We are launching NorthStar Academy, our Psychologist training arm. Focused on setting the bar for Clinical Supervision and training for Provisional, Registrar and Early Career Psychologists, we can nurture Psychologists around the country and have some international outreach.
