**Position Overview**:
As a Commercial Leasing/Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business by assisting clients in finding their ideal commercial spaces and leasing assets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide accurate and reliable information on property values through thorough comparative market analysis.
- Prospect commercial properties through effective business development strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive client database for efficient and effective communication.
- Assist in the negotiation of sales and leasing transactions.
- Possess a basic understanding of general town planning, uses, and zoning regulations.
- Liaise with lawyers, financiers, and other professional stakeholders throughout transactions.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Real Estate Agent License in QLD: You must hold a current and valid real estate agent license in Queensland.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and negotiation.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: You should be a proactive problem solver, able to navigate complex situations and find creative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail will ensure accuracy in lease agreements and documentation.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial.
